Ordo

How it works

Capture. Extract. Confirm.

Ordo sits between the thread and the next step. It does not ask you to re-enter work into another tracker. Detail below is the same Capture → Extract → Confirm pattern already on the homepage, expanded — not a different product.

01

Capture

Work arrives first in email and chat. Ordo reads those channels for what is actually actionable — a request, a date, an owner, a constraint. You can paste notes or meeting text when the source is not connected yet.

It is not a document editor, notes app, or calendar replacement. It watches where requests already live.

Product mock: Ordo capturing an email and a meeting note as inbound work, not a live customer inbox.
Product mock: Ordo extracting owner, date, and decision from a captured message. Illustrative fields only.

02

Extract what’s actionable

The rest of the conversation stays noise. Ordo pulls the next step: who owns it, when it is due, and what decision is still open. That is the gap between communication and execution — not another place to track tasks.

03

Confirm, then follow through

Ordo proposes first: a draft reply, a reminder, or a follow-up. You approve, and it becomes follow-through. Controlled autonomy is the enterprise roadmap tier for high-confidence work that an admin has explicitly enabled. Low confidence and sensitive work stay with a person.

Read the control model on Trust.

Product mock: a proposed reply waiting for confirm, an enterprise roadmap auto-execute tier, and a finance routing item surfaced for a person.
