Ordo

Features

Everything between the thread and the next step.

The same Capture → Extract → Confirm pattern from the homepage, broken down capability by capability — not a different product, just the detail.

01

Capture

Ordo reads email and chat for what is actually actionable — a request, a date, an owner, a constraint. You can paste notes or meeting text when the source is not connected yet.

Product mock: Ordo capturing an email and a meeting note as inbound work, not a live customer inbox.
Product mock: Ordo extracting owner, date, and decision from a captured message. Illustrative fields only.

02

Extract what’s actionable

The rest of the conversation stays noise. Ordo pulls the next step: who owns it, when it is due, and what decision is still open.

03

Confirm, then follow through

Ordo proposes first: a draft reply, a follow-up, or a reminder. You approve, and it becomes follow-through. With enterprise policy controls, trusted high-confidence work can later graduate into auto-execute. Low confidence is surfaced for a person.

Product mock: a proposed reply waiting for confirm, an enterprise roadmap auto-execute tier, and a finance routing item surfaced for a person.
Product mock of an approval queue: proposed actions waiting for a person to confirm. Nothing has left yet.

04

Approval queue

Proposed actions wait in one place until you confirm them. Nothing sends, schedules, or routes on your behalf before you say so.

05

Audit log & undo

Every proposed or autonomous action records who, what, from which thread, and at what confidence. Undo for real external actions is part of the enterprise autonomy roadmap. Read the full control model on Trust.

Product mock of an Ordo audit log: who acted, from which thread, at what confidence, with undo available. Not a live log.

Individual, SMB, and Enterprise share the same capture, confidence-tier, and control model — the difference is scale and routing.
